Email Setup Instructions

iPhone 4S

  1. Select the Settings option from the main screen. Choose the Mail, Contacts, Calendars feature near the bottom of the screen.
  2. Press the Add Account option. Next you will be asked to choose either Microsoft Exchange account, Mobile Me, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL mail or Other. Since you want to set up a new mail account in order to check your ISP's mail, choose Other.
  3. Select Add Mail Account
  4. Enter your name and email address, as well as a password and brief description of the account and select Next (top right of screen)
  5. Wait for your iPhone to verify that the account
  6. Select POP Account at top of screen.
  7. The incoming mail server Host Name is– mail.tmlp.net, Username is just the first part of your email address before the@symbol. Re-enter the password.
  8. The Outgoing Mail Server Host name is mail.tmlp.net. Enter the Username and password and then select Save (top right of screen) Wait for your iPhone to verify that the account information has been entered correctly. You will then be brought back to the Accounts screen.
  9. Select your newly created account from the list. Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server and select "mail.tmlp.net". Select "mail.tmlp.net" under Primary Server. The outgoing mail settings are as follows: Host Name – mail.tmlp.net, make sure the username and password fields are filled in. Authentication– Password, Server Port # – 587, SSL OFF
  10. Select Done (top right of screen) then select the account name at the top left of screen.
  11. Select Done at top right of screen

Blackberry

  1. Locate and click on the Setup folder; click on Email Settings.
  2. A listing of various email providers will be displayed; choose Other.
  3. Enter your email account information in the corresponding fields:
    Incoming Mail Information: Server Name – mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # – 110, SSL OFF
    Outgoing Mail Information: Server Name – mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # – 25, SSL OFF
    Outgoing Mail server requires authentication (use your username and password).

Live Mail

  1. Open Windows Live Mail.
  2. Click on Tools, click Accounts, click the Add button, then choose Email Account.
  3. Enter your email account information in the corresponding fields:
    Incoming Mail Information: Server Name – mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # – 110, SSL OFF
    Outgoing Mail Information: Server Name –mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # – 25, SSL OFF
    Outgoing Mail server requires authentication (use your username and password).

Windows Mail

  1. Open Windows Mail by clicking on Start, All Programs, then Windows Mail.
  2. Click on the Tools menu, then click Accounts.
  3. Click Add, then choose Email account and click next to follow through the prompts.
  4. Enter your email account information in the corresponding fields:
    Incoming Mail Information: Server Name – mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # – 110, SSL OFF
    Outgoing Mail Information: Server Name – mail.tmlp.net, Server Port # - 25, SSL OFF
    Click to set it so that outgoing mail requires authentication (use your username and password).

Mail server addresses

The outgoing (SMTP) mail server address is mail.tmlp.net, and the incoming (POP3) mail server address is also mail.tmlp.net.
